Handling Time

Every piece is handmade, carefully wrapped, and shipped from our studio in Rome, Italy.

Please allow 3–5 business days for preparation after payment approval.

During collection launches or markets, processing time may extend slightly — thank you for your patience and understanding.

Each order is wrapped with great care and packed securely to ensure your ceramics arrive safely.


Shipping Methods

All packages are shipped with Poste Italiane or international courier services (depending on destination).

You’ll receive a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.

Approximate delivery times:

 Italy — 4–6 business days

 Europe — 5–10 business days

 International — 10–20 business days

If you prefer delivery to a pick-up point, please mention it during checkout.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.

You can also pick up your order directly from our studio in Rome — free of charge (by appointment).


Duties and Taxes

European Union: VAT is included in all prices. No additional fees upon delivery.

United Kingdom, USA, and other countries: Import duties or customs taxes may apply depending on your local regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.


Damaged Goods

All ceramics are packaged with the utmost care.

If your order arrives damaged, please send clear photos of the item and packaging to malfattoceramics@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

We’ll do our best to find a fair solution — a replacement (if available) or a refund (excluding shipping).
